Passenger Cancellation Policy

• When you cancel less than 24 hours from the departure time: You get a 50% *refund of the base ticket price (minus stripe fees)

• When you cancel more than 24 hours before departure time: You get a full *refund of the base ticket price (minus stripe fees)

• When you cancel after departure time or don't show up: You do not get a refund

• In the unlikely event that GoGokar shuttle service cancels your trip: You get a 100% refund, including all fees

* In the case of multiple tickets being purchased on a single booking the system cannot refund individual persons for additional services such as extra luggage and home pickup/dropoffs. However, if the entire booking is canceled, you will be refunded for these additional services
